Athletics/Activities Positions
FULL-TIME ATHLETIC & ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT/STARS SPIRIT STORE MANAGER
The Athletic & Activities Assistant, who also serves as the Stars Spirit Store Manager, provides assistance to the Athletic Director, Associate Athletic Director, and the Assistant Principal. Additionally, they manage the school store to promote a positive image of the school and generate revenue to support AHA's mission.
This position will be full-time during the school year. Summer hours will be limited.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Athletic Director with sports team needs, including but not limited to apparel design and ordering, uniform organization, distribution, and collection, preparing and managing team budgets
- Partner with the business office to manage athletic and activities agency accounts
- Supervise athletic and activities events as scheduled
- Coordinate with appropriate staff for athletic and activities events as needed
- Manage the Booster Club, including meetings, members, event passes, and the annual Steak Fry fundraising event
- Manage the school spirit store
- Create, design, and purchase a variety of AHA apparel, manage inventory, and track sales
- Manage online team stores
- Manage inventory of athletic concessions and schedule concession workers
- Provide support to the Athletic Director, Associate Athletic Director, and Assistant Principal as needed
- Communicate with parents, staff, and administration
Job Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent, BA/BS preferred
- Retail management experience preferred
- Computer skills, including Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of sports and activities
- Satisfactory completion of background check
- Office managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions
- Ability to meet the needs of students and staff
Physical Demands:
- Work required hours, including evening/weekend functions
- Climb stairs to the 4th floor
- Ability to properly lift and move up to 40 lbs.

- Pay: $27-$29 per hour

JV Coach - Softball
Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a JV Softball Coach. The JV coach is responsible for motivating, instructing, mentoring, and coaching high school athletes, preparing them for the next level.
2024-25 Season Dates: March 10-May 30, 2025. State Tournament is June 4-6.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, attend, and supervise the JV level (15-20 games and 1-2 practices per week -- some combined with Varsity)
- Most games are after school at 4:30 pm. Most practices after school at 3:00 pm.
- Support the Head Coach and assist with various duties within the program
- Follow all MSHSL rules and regulations
Job Qualifications:
- High school, college, or competitive softball participation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sport
- Experience coaching softball is preferred
- Satisfactory completion of a background check
- Practices and Home games take place at Lincoln Field

JV Coach - Baseball
Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a JV Baseball Coach. The JV coach is responsible for motivating,
instructing, mentoring, and coaching high school athletes, preparing them for the next level of play.
2024-25 Season dates: March 17 - June 14.
State Tournament: June 11-14, 2025
Stipend Pay Range: $2,400-$2,700
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, attend, and supervise the JV level (15-20 games and 1-2 practices per week -- some
combined with Varsity) - Most games are after school at 4:30 pm. Most practices after school at 3:00 pm.
- Support the Head Coach and assist with various duties within the program
- Possible paid coaching opportunity in the summer (JR Legion/SR Legion)
- Follow all MSHSL rules and regulations
Job Qualifications:
- High school, college, or competitive baseball participation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sport, substitutions rules, and MN High School pitch count rules
- Experience coaching baseball is preferred
- Satisfactory completion of a background check
- Practices and Home games take place at Donaldson Parkions

English Teacher - 2 FTE's
Academy of Holy Angels Catholic High School, is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various aspects of the English language, including reading, writing, and literature. This role requires effective communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to mentor students to achieve their academic goals for the 2025-26 school year.

- Pay: from $24.04 per hour (wage considered from previous driving experience).
- Paid Holidays
- Semi-annual bonus potential
