Admissions Director
The Admissions Director is responsible for establishing and executing a creative and comprehensive admissions plan to meet the enrollment goals set forth by the President, the Board of Trustees and as stated in the Academy of Holy Angels (AHA) Strategic Plan. The Director guides all recruitment efforts for AHA and works closely with the Advancement team to coordinate all marketing, communications, outreach and special event offerings aimed at welcoming prospective families to AHA. The Director plays a key role in gathering and reviewing academic information from prospective students and getting new students oriented to the school community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance AHA’s visibility in the marketplace and increase enrollment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Catholic feeder schools and international student programs
- Plan and oversee all on and off campus recruitment and marketing events
- Conduct engaging prospective family tours and meetings
- Manage the Admissions Team
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Officer
- Facilitate a comprehensive recruitment program that engages and involves all groups of AHA constituents including current parents, teachers, coaches and moderators
- Oversee the management of all admission publications and materials
- Manage and use Blackbaud K-12 Enrollment Management System and TADS
- Manage department budget
- Collaborate with the Advancement Team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree in related field
- Proven success in recruitment and admissions or related profession
- Experience with marketing, including website and social media
- Able to lead effectively and work independently at a high level
- Knowledge of financial aid process
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
- Available to work special events on nights and weekends
- Satisfactory completion of a background check

Lobby Desk Supervision
Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a part-time Lobby Supervisor for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lobby Supervisor is the first point of contact at Academy of Holy Angels (AHA) and is responsible for ensuring a positive, welcoming, and safe environment for the AHA Community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be present, ready to work and on time for all scheduled shifts
- Welcome and direct students, athletes, and visitors
- Manage student/guest behavior
- Receive deliveries; notify recipient
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Provide assistance outside user groups as needed
- Provide assistance with or contact maintenance as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service/supervisory experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Able to work independently
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and non-school days
- Satisfactory completion of a background check
Wage is $18 per hour.

Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor performs maintenance, repairs and construction as needed to provide a clean, safe and well-kept environment for staff, students and all AHA stakeholders. The Maintenance Supervisor also assists in the supervision and direction of the maintenance team.
Pay range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be present, ready to work and on time for all scheduled hours
- Perform maintenance, cleaning, repairs and construction projects on campus (both inside the building and the exterior grounds)
- Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and repair duties, including but not limited to HVAC, boilers, plumbing and electrical
- Assure safety equipment is in working order (including extinguishers, smoke detectors, alarms, panic bars, ladders, exit signs, emergency lighting, etc.)
- Maintain the MSDS book; ensure all SDS sheets are current and up to date
- Assist with facility readiness for day-to-day events as well as special events
- Participate in the set-up, take-down and operation of two inflatable dome structures
- Perform snow removal: plowing, shoveling, blowing, sweeping and salting
- Assist in leading a team of custodial staff responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the AHA interior buildings and campus
- Serve on a rotation as the on-call contact in the event of campus emergencies
- Compliance with Archdiocesan E3 requirements as instructed/communicated
- Occasional weekend shifts, weekend checks, night and weekend events

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Satisfactory completion of background check
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, cleaning and repair of buildings and grounds, preference for educational experience
- 1st Class boilers license required (or in-progress towards certification)*
- Knowledge of Federal and State statutes dealing with safety, handling asbestos, hazardous materials, etc.
- Proficiency operating tools and a variety of machinery
- Experience with HVAC program & software systems
- Ability to work with and direct outside suppliers and contractors
- Working knowledge of air supported structures
- Working knowledge with the use of technology
- Valid driver’s license required
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Must be able to work in small-enclosed spaces as well high, open areas
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, run, walk, climb stairs and lift 75 pounds
*Not necessary at the time of hire. It is an essential function of the job. Successful completion of a licensing program will be required.
