Athletics/Activities Positions
PT/Seasonal Head Boys Tennis Coach
JOB DESCRIPTION
Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a Head Boys Tennis Coach. The head coach motivates, instructs, mentors, and coaches high school athletes. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a successful boys tennis program, developing staff, and managing student-athletes' skills and experience at all levels while working toward individual and team success.
2026-27 Season dates: March 9, 2027 - June 11, 2027
Stipend Range: $4,000 - $5,000
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, attend, and supervise the team to and from all practices and competitions
- Support the AD in the vision of the program
- Follow all MSHSL rules and regulations
- Assist the Athletic Director in scheduling games and practices
- Must oversee and engage all levels of the boys tennis program
- Assist the Athletic Director with hiring, developing, and evaluating the coaching staff
- Ability to develop strong community relationships
- Knowledge of social media platforms
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school, college, or competitive tennis participation and/or coaching required
- Skilled at building meaningful relationships that support and motivate student-athletes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Satisfactory completion of a background check

Dance Team Fall Coach
Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a Head Coach for its fall dance team, a club program scheduled from mid-August to mid-October. Available positions will be 4-5 days per week, plus some Saturdays, for the duration of the season. In this role, you will work directly with other coaches and student-athletes in the program during the season.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in dance terminology
- Proficiency in choreography
- Ability to demonstrate and teach dance skills
- Experience with dance programs, either as a participant or instructor at a studio, high school, or college program
- Experience working with middle school and high school students in a classroom, studio, or sports setting
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to take the prepare for and lead practices
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Ability to demonstrate proper dance technique
- Ability to assist students with positive improvements to their skills and execution
- Ability to lead warmups and stretching exercises
- Create choreography for the team to perform throughout the season
- Lead practice sessions
- Accompany the team to performances and community outreach events
Other
- Satisfactory completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Employees are required to complete safe environment training
- Must comply with Minnesota State High School League coaching requirements

Dance Team Assistant Coach
Academy of Holy Angels Starliners Dance Team in Richfield, MN, is hiring an Assistant Coach for its winter sports program, scheduled from mid-October to mid-February. This position will be 4-5 days per week, plus some Saturdays throughout the season. In this role, you will be working directly with the Head Coaches and the student-athletes in the program.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in dance terminology - specializing in Jazz is a must
- Proficiency in choreography - for both Jazz and Kick
- Ability to demonstrate and teach dance skills
- Experience with dance programs, either as a participant or instructor at a studio, high school, or college program

instructing, mentoring, and coaching high school athletes, preparing them for the next level of play.

Stipend Pay Range: $3,000-$3,500
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, attend, and supervise the JV level practices and games
- Support the Head Coach and assist with various duties within the program
- Follow all MSHSL rules and regulations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school, college, or competitive soccer participation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sport and MSHSL rules
- Experience coaching soccer is preferred
- Satisfactory completion of a background check

Academy of Holy Angels Catholic High School is hiring a Long-term Substitute Physics Teacher. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the fascinating world of physics. Staff Positions
Part-Time StarDome Sports Field Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
The StarDome Field Supervisor oversees tenants’ use of the StarDome athletic fields, an important Academy asset. This position entails working evenings, including weekends. Evening shifts range from 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Weekend coverage ranges from 6:00 am to midnight.
The StarDome is a multi-functional sports complex.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be present, ready to work, and on time for all scheduled hours
- Provide access to facilities as called for in rental agreements
- Be on hand to call emergency help if needed and assist emergency officers’ access to the field
- Monitor to make certain tenants are on and off field(s) on time
- Make certain facilities are properly secured if closing for the day
- Collect monies when called for, and deposit same in the office safe
- Maintain general cleanliness of the fields and StarDome building, including trash removal and weekend cleaning of restrooms as needed
- Communicate the need for repairs to StarDome Operations Manager and/or Maintenance Engineer; engage in such repairs as practical
- Assist with snow removal around the facilities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevant work experience, preferably in the area of sporting facility management
- Basic computer skills
- Satisfactory completion of background check
