Girls Hockey Assistant Coach

Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a Girls Hockey Assistant Coach. This coach will motivate, instruct, mentor, and coach high school athletes. The coach will focus on improving individual skill sets while building strong, cohesive team dynamics.

Stipend Pay Range: $3,000 - $4,000

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, attend, and supervise the team at all practices and competitions.
• Be available for practices between 3:00 and 7:00 pm.
• Be available for evening games and possible Saturdays.
• Follow all MSHSL rules and regulations.
• Participate in school activities such as an open house, middle school youth night, and other events that support the school as directed.
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and community members.
• Strong human relations skills that build a connection with student-athletes.

Other:

• Experience in high school or college hockey, either coaching or playing competitively.
• Ability to develop strong community relationships.
• Satisfactory completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Dance Team Assistant Coach

Academy of Holy Angels Starliners Dance Team in Richfield, MN, is hiring an Assistant Coach for its winter sports program, scheduled from mid-October to mid-February.  This position will be 4-5 days per week, plus some Saturdays throughout the season.  In this role, you will be working directly with the Head Coaches and the student-athletes in the program.  

Ideal candidates should have: 

• Proficiency in dance terminology, specializing in Jazz is a must
• Proficiency in choreography - for both Jazz and Kick
• Ability to demonstrate and teach dance skills
• Experience with dance programs, either as a participant or instructor at a studio, high school, or college program
• Experience working with middle school and high school students in a classroom, studio, or sports setting
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to take the initiative to prepare for and lead technique sessions

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Ability to demonstrate proper dance technique
• Ability to assist students with positive improvements to their skills and execution
• Ability to lead warm-ups and stretching exercises
• Assist head coaches with choreography
• Lead practices and small group sessions 
• Accompany the team to events and competitions

Other

• Satisfactory completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Employees are required to complete safe environment training
• Must comply with Minnesota State High School League coaching requirements

Head Coach - Girls Lacrosse

JOB DESCRIPTION

Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a Head Coach for the Girls Lacrosse program. The head coach is responsible for motivating, instructing, mentoring, and coaching high school athletes. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a successful lacrosse program, developing staff, and managing student-athletes' skills and experience at all levels while working toward individual and team success.

Stipend Pay Range: $4,000 - $5,000

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, attend, and supervise the team to and from all practices and competitions
• Assist the Athletic Director with hiring, developing, and evaluating the coaching staff
• Plan and implement conditioning, weight training, and practices in-season
• Follow all MSHL rules and regulations
• Participate in the fall open house
• Attend annual spring coaches meeting

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or college Lacrosse participation is preferred
• Experience coaching Lacrosse or other competitive sports is preferred
• Satisfactory completion of a background check

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess a coaching license or complete an MSHSL alternative program.

Chief Advancement Officer

Academy of Holy Angels Catholic High School (AHA) is hiring a full-time, experienced, and dynamic Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to serve as a key member of the school's Leadership Team.
 
As the primary architect of AHA’s philanthropic and enrollment growth, the Chief Advancement Officer provides visionary leadership across all external-facing teams: Development, Admissions, and Marketing & Communications. This executive will craft and implement an ambitious roadmap to deepen constituent engagement, expand major giving, strengthen enrollment, and secure long-term institutional vitality. Partnering closely with the President and the Board’s Advancement Committee, the CAO will lead a team of eight to translate the school’s highest aspirations into reality.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership & Strategy
• Design and execute a multi-year advancement strategy for enrollment, fundraising, marketing, and stakeholder engagement aligned with AHA’s strategic plan.
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing advancement team grounded in best practices, innovation, and accountability.
• Lead all capital and comprehensive campaigns; serve as primary staff liaison to the Board of Trustees Advancement Committee.
• Represent AHA at community, donor, and alumni events locally and nationally.

 
Advancement Infrastructure & Data

• Oversee advancement systems, data integrity, and analytics (utilizing Raiser’s Edge) to inform strategy and measure performance.
• Partner with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure legal, financial, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the Advancement department annual budget and track organizational metrics for the President and Board.

 
Major Gifts & Development

• Manage a strategic portfolio of high-capacity prospects, cultivating and soliciting major gifts exceeding $50,000+.
• Direct all philanthropic revenue streams: annual fund, major and planned giving, grant proposals, corporate/foundation partnerships, and special events.
• In coordination with advancement staff, manage Endowed Scholarship stewardship and national alumni engagement initiatives.

  
Qualifications & Experience

• Passion for Catholic Education: Strong commitment to the mission, values, and Catholic identity of Academy of Holy Angels. Active, participating Roman Catholic preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of executive-level advancement/development leadership experience, including proven success securing six-figure major gifts.
• Track Record: Extensive background in staff management, annual funds, major/planned giving, marketing/communications, and capital campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with donor databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge), G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Outstanding strategic thinking, project management, and public speaking skills.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, discretion, and strict donor confidentiality.

Part-Time Athletics and Activities Bus Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION

Academy of Holy Angels is hiring part-time school bus drivers to transport students to and from after-school and evening athletic and activity events (such as practices, games, or tournaments). 

Schedule: Typically starts at 2:45 p.m.; shifts run 3-6 hours, and end times will vary based on game schedules. 

Hourly Wage: $25.00 (Wage consideration given for previous bus driving experience) 

Requirements:

• Clean driving record, drug screen, and medical exam
• CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements preferred*
