Transportation

AHA students come to Holy Angels from all over the Metro area, so we're committed to offering safe, reliable, convenient, efficient, and affordable transportation options.

  • We own, operate, and maintain our own buses.
  • Our bus drivers average 8-10 years of bus-driving experience.
  • We serve more than 14 Metro area cities.
  • Students in our normal route areas are picked up and dropped off at the street corner that is safe and near their home.
  • Students living outside our normal routes can catch the bus at a central pick-up spot.
  • 97% of our students and parents gave the AHA Transportation Department a positive rating in the school’s last satisfaction rating.

Our school bus transportation payment for the 2022-23 school year is as follows:

Refunds will be handled as follows - AHA Transportation Refund Policy

Additional busing options: Usually AHA two-way bus transportation is the best option for new families, but we offer several transportation options. One Way busing costs are listed behind the two-way fee in the chart above.

We are thankful for our families who enroll more than 1 student at Holy Angels, and offer the following discounts to second and third siblings:

  • First student pays full bus fee
  • Second enrolled sibling pays half of the bus fee
  • Third and subsequent siblings enrolled at AHA ride the bus for free.

Please understand if you move once the school year starts, we will do our best to accommodate new addresses.  We cannot guarantee we will be able to provide busing to new places of residence.  It all depends on how close you will be to the existing routes and stops.

Riding the city bus: Holy Angels is on the MTC busline. We offer 10 rides on MTC buses for $15.

CARPOOLS:  Once your child is registered for classes, AHA will help you find contact information for other AHA families who live in your area. That way it’s easy to make some contacts to set up a carpool with other parents. Registered families looking for carpools can contact Meg Angevine in Admissions or Kjerstin Quinn, Database Manager, to obtain names of other families in your area who may be interested in carpooling.

Parking at AHA

AHA provides a limited amount of student parking on campus. Parking permits cost $150 each year and are awarded first to seniors and then to younger students on a lottery basis. You may have signed up for this when you re-registered through TADS in March. If you didn't, you can download an AHA parking permit and turn it in to the main office.  All permit forms need to be turned in to the main office. Your student will be invoiced for parking through TADS student billing.
