Legacy & Planned Giving

Shaping Forever - Today
Generosity comes in many forms. Legacy, or planned, giving provides you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on AHA students as well as provide tax advantages to you and your family. Start here by learning more about the different gift options available to you.
Why Do People Make Legacy Gifts?
Legacy gifts, most commonly a donation made through your will or trust, cost nothing today but can create a lasting impact on our students. This is why so many supporters choose to include AHA in their estate plans.
Legacy giving is one of the most powerful ways to build AHA’s endowment and strengthen our long-term financial sustainability. An endowment is a dedicated fund that is invested for future growth. AHA uses the earnings to support current programs, while the principal remains intact and grows over time. This means your legacy gift can support our mission not just today, but for generations to come.
Planned Giving Options
Making a planned gift does not have to be complicated. In fact, many people find it to be a very simple process, often taking just a few minutes. Find the most common ways to give here.

Testimonial

"When my sisters and I went to AHA, the Sisters of St. Joseph made sure we could attend even during challenging times.
Now my grandchildren go to AHA, and I can see that they are thriving. My husband and I have been fortunate in our lives together, and we want to make sure that other children can receive the same wonderful Catholic education that my sisters, my grandchildren, and I did. We hope you will join us in ensuring the future of AHA."

AHA Legacy Society
The AHA Legacy Society honors those who include AHA in their estate or planned-giving intentions, joining a community of supporters whose generosity will shape the school’s future. Planned gifts may take many forms—such as bequests, life-income arrangements, or beneficiary designations—and informing AHA of your plans allows the school to honor your commitment and ensure your wishes are carried out.
