AHA offers Parent/Teacher Conferences twice each year, once in the fall and once in the winter.
Parent/Teacher conferences are an essential way for the parents and teachers to communicate directly to the benefit of all students.
2024-25 School Year:
- Fall Conferences are Oct. 14 (online) and Oct. 15 (in-person). Fall Conference registration begins on Sept. 23 and ends on Oct. 10
- Winter Conferences are Jan. 23 (in-person) and Jan. 24 (online). Winter Conference registration begins on Jan. 9 and ends on Jan. 21.
Detailed information, including details on accessing the conference system, is published in the STARS Connection weekly parent newsletter in the month before conferences. The newsletter is sent to parents through email.

Note: You will receive an email confirmation after registration and the school day prior to conferences. Have your confirmation ready to use when you come to AHA for in-person conferences, or to access links for online conferences. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation. For online conferences on January 24, each teacher will have a live link, accessible only through your confirmation email or by logging back into this system and viewing your schedule. There will also be a desk phone number in the confirmation for each teacher if you prefer to call. See your Stars Connection email for more details.
