WE WANT YOU TO KNOW
Reminder on new buzzer system
As added security, we have installed a buzzer system to the Main Lobby Entrance. Starting this week, when you visit AHA from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., you will be required to be buzzed in. The buzzer is located inside the Convocation Center doors to the right. You must press the button for the lobby supervisor who will activate the entrance to the building. This process allows us to further control who enters the building.
Thank you again for your assistance, as we continue to review how we can keep our students, staff and visitors safe.
Parking rermits required
Students who have applied for and received an AHA parking permit are assigned a parking space with the number painted on the ground. Students are expected to park in their assigned space only. If a student finds that someone else has parking their assigned spot, they should immediately notify someone in the transportation or main office so AHA can address this issue with the other person. The parking permit needs to be displayed in the vehicle from the overhead mirror. Students who do not have a parking permit can park on the streets surrounding AHA as allowed by signs, but are not allowed to park in the St. Peter's, Blessed Trinity or AHA parking lots. For more information about obtaining a student parking permit, visit AHA's transportation page. If you purchased a parking permit and did not pick it up the first day of school, please see the transportation department.
