On Thursday, August 3rd, AHA community members joined together to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new south athletic field. The new turf field, an important element in Academy of Holy Angels' long-range campus plan, will replace the existing natural grass and will be constructed to accommodate a future dome that will expand the capabilities of Holy Angels' well-known StarDome and will be domed in winter months. We are pleased to report that Phase One of the new turf athletic field is in full swing. Work is currently being done to prepare the new field area for proper drainage, field surface support, lighting needs, and utilities access for the dome mechanical equipment. Read more.
