Congratulations to Coach Danny Woods and the AHA STARS Girls Basketball team for winning the 3AAA State Quarterfinal game against Marshall 69-47. The game was streamed live on prepspotlight.tv and the recorded version can be watched here.
Here is information from Athletic Director Michael Kautzman about the remaining games:
SEMIFINAL ROUND:
GAME DATE/TIME: THURSDAY, MARCH 17th, 12:00 PM
LOCATION: U of M, Williams Arena
School will provide STUDENT FAN BUS.
Students can sign up for a bus and game ticket for $15.00. Cash or Check only issued to “AHA”. Tickets will be sold from 7:00 – 8:15 AM (it's a PLC day) in the Concession Stand and over the lunch hour in the lunchroom on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16th.
Students must have a signed permission slip in order to purchase bus ticket. Print the Permission slip OR pick up a hard copy located at lobby desk.
When we play the semifinal game on Thursday, the school schedule will be modified. After Stations of the Cross and Reconciliation, all students will be dismissed for the day at 11 am, so that they can attend the game.
CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND:
GAME DATE/TIME: SATURDAY, MARCH 19th, 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Students and fans can purchase tickets at the gate.
