AHA celebrated the Chinese Lunar New Year during the three lunch periods on Monday, February 8th. International students and students of Mandarin planned activities like making dumplings, paper cutting, shuttlecock kicking, calligraphy and the Chinese zodiac. Chef Uriah prepared a traditional Chinese menu for the day.
