Ongoing Opportunities

College and Career Center Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering in the CCC, see our Sign Up Genius page to read the general description and sign up. Most volunteers start in August but we are always happy to have volunteers join in the middle of the school year either to cover a shift every other week or to be listed on the "On Call" list. If you have any questions, please contact Ann Kjorstad at akjorstad@ahastars.org to be added to the list.

Once a month: Eucharistic Adoration in the AHA Chapel

Most parents and community members may not be aware of the fact that AHA offers Eucharistic Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament one time per month for a two hour period of time in the AHA Chapel. Consider for a moment that Jesus offers Himself in the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist and how amazing it is to have this opportunity in our chapel where our children go to school!  Please consider this awesome opportunity to spend time in quiet prayer for special intentions, for AHA, for our students, staff and alumni. We can only imagine the blessings that have come to our community due to these prayers. Here are the remaining dates for 2016-17: 8am-10am on the following dates: January 6, February 3, Memorial Service at 7:15am, March 3, April 7. For more information or to to let us know you can spend time at Adoration contact Jesse Foley at jfoley@ahastars.org.

Throughout the year: Serve lunch

STARS CAFE is looking for volunteers to help serve lunch throughout the school year. Any parents interested can contact Beth Hansen at ehansen5@mac.com. Come and join us while we serve the great students at Holy Angels - usual schedule is 11:15 am - 12:45 pm - bring a friend and have lunch before you go about the rest of your day.  Hope to hear from you!!
