STARDOME FIELD SUPERVISOR
The StarDome Field Supervisor oversees tenants’ use of the StarDome field, an important Academy asset. This position will entail working weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts and multiple evening shifts, with the potential for four day work weeks.
Pay is $20 per hour.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be present, ready to work and on time for all scheduled hours
- Provide access to facilities as called for in rental agreements
- Be on hand to call emergency help if needed, and assist emergency officers’ access to field
- Monitor to make certain tenants are on and off field in a timely manner
- Make certain facilities are properly secured, if closing for the day
- Collect monies, when called for, and deposit same in office safe
- Maintain general cleanliness of the fields and StarDome building, including trash removal and weekend cleaning of restrooms
- Communicate the need for repairs to StarDome Operations Manager and/or Maintenance Engineer; engage in such repairs as practicalAssist with snow removal around the facilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliability
- Relevant work experience, preferably in the area of sporting facility management
- Basic computer skills
- Satisfactory completion of background check

- Ability to fulfill responsibilities of position
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including many evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and move athletic equipment using proper techniques
- Physical ability to handle demands of dome set up and take down
