Of her Triple 'A' recognition, she shared, “What I would say to younger students is to just join stuff, check things out. You can make friends, and you’ll have so many cool experiences and learn so many new things! Being so involved has helped me manage my time and has taught me about new things that I wouldn’t know I was interested in.”

Principal Heidi Foley shared, “Marina's incredible focus and dedication to her studies make her an outstanding scholar and Triple 'A' recipient. Due to her curious and inquisitive nature, Marina delves into the subject matter to not only understand it at a knowledge-based level, she is able to take the learning and make more of it, do more with it. Marina displays a commitment to everything she pursues, which is why she’s been so incredibly successful in the classroom and in activities. She is of strong mind, body, and soul.”
