Soccer - Girls

The STARS Girls Soccer Program competes in the Tri-Metro Conference and Section 3AA.

The team had seven members earn All-Conference recognition in 2024 (Ellen Neuharth, Cora Kmiec, Addy Judson, Briar Dahl, Matigann Vixayvong, Ella Smith, Eileen Braun). In addition, Matigann Vixayvong, Addy Judson, Ellen Neuharth were named 2024 All-State and the StarTribune All-Minnesota team. Lastly, Addy Judson, Matigann Vixayvong, Audi Hess, and Ellen Neuharth were selected to the 2024 MSHSL All-Tournament team.  

The team has advanced to the state tournament seven consecutive seasons, winning the State Championship in 2022 and finishing runner-up in 2024 and 2023. 

Three of our STARS have been recognized as Ms. Soccer Minnesota over the past six seasons - Mia Van der Heide (2020), Cat Duffy Shaw (2021), and Audrey Garton (2023). 

In 2024, the team finished 20-2 with key victories over Cretin-Derham Hall (twice), Hill-Murray (twice), Totino-Grace, DeLaSalle, Visitation, Providence Academy, and Minneapolis Washburn. 

AHA traditionally offers three levels of participation - Varsity, JV, and C-Squad.
