Football

The STARS Football Program competes in the Skyway Gold District and Section 5AAAA.

The team had 6 members recognized for All-District Awards in 2025 (Emmett Anderson, Daniel Devine, Will Souba, Gavin Coughlin, John McCarten, Jax Schneider).

The team won the District in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2025. The team has also advanced to the state tournament in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. In 2021, AHA Running Back Emmett Johnson was named Mr. Football. 

In 2025, the STARS earned key victories over Benilde-St. Margaret's, DeLaSalle, and SMB.  

AHA typically offers two levels - Varsity and C-Team. They practice after school in the StarDome or SW turfed fields.
