Cross Country

The STARS Cross Country Program currently competes in the Tri-Metro Conference and Section 3AA.

The boys program had four members recognized for All-Conference awards in 2024 (Louis Ahern, Finn Sheeley, Henry Heitzman, and Peter Koenig) and Louis Ahern and Finn Sheeley qualified for the Class AA State Tournament Meet. Finn was also named Academic All-State. 

The team earned Conference Championships in 2022 and 2023. 

The girls program had five members recognized for All-Conference awards in 2024 (Mia Lund, Eden Costello, Olivia Tri, Claire Kuntz, and Maggie Moe). 

AHA typically offers a JV and Varsity for both the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams. They usually practice right after school around campus until 5:00 PM.
