• 5:30 p.m. | Doors Open, Social Hour, Silent Auction
• 7:00 p.m.  | Welcome, Choral Prayer & Dinner 
• 7:45 p.m.  | Program Begins - Dessert Auction, Fund-a-Need, Live Auction
• 9:00 p.m.  | Check-Out Begins
• Casual attire

The 2025 Booster Club Steak Fry event takes place on Saturday, November 15 at the beautiful Minnesota Valley Country Club, a new location! The not-to-miss annual parent event is a wonderful evening to socialize and raise money for the AHA athletics and activities. The evening begins with a cash bar, raffle, games, silent auction, and a delicious seated dinner followed by a dessert auction, live auction, and a fund-a-need program.

The Steak Fry is a casual event and formal attire is not required. The goal of Steak Fry is to meet and engage with fellow parents and enjoy each other's company while having the opportunity to support our students and their extracurricular endeavors. 

All proceeds from Steak Fry support AHA's teams, activities, arts, and clubs. In the past few years, with the generous support of the AHA community, the Booster Club has raised funds for: gym branding, weight room renovation and new equipment, choir robes, basketball hoops, volleyball net systems, tennis scoreboard, gym renovations and safety wall pads, locker room locks, and the AHA Acts of Kindness Fund – a fund that is partially supported by the Booster Club to help families offset the team fees for sports and activities.
