AHA hosts many events throughout the school year for families to join us on campus and experience our community. You can view and register for upcoming events below.

These events are a great way to explore our campus, connect with current students and staff, and get a feel for daily life at AHA.

Whether you're just starting to explore high school options or you're ready to dive deeper into what makes AHA unique, there’s something for every stage of the admissions journey. From family-friendly gatherings like our STARS Are Out Tonight event to informative sessions such as financial aid workshops, each opportunity is designed to help you feel confident and connected.

We encourage early registration, as space for some events may be limited. Be sure to take advantage of shadow days, sibling days, and personal tours, which allow prospective students to experience AHA firsthand. We can’t wait to meet you and help you discover your place here!

Our Priority Application Deadline of December 15, 2025, has passed. Applications submitted at this time will be reviewed in our second-round decisions. We encourage families to continue completing their admissions checklist.

Upcoming Events

Financial Aid & Scholarships Seminar

Academy of Holy Angels is hosting a scholarship and financial aid seminar on Wednesday, November 12 at 6:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for all parents to learn more about how the scholarship and financial aid process works at Holy Angels. This session will be led by Nancy Cullen, financial aid administrator at AHA.

Topics that will be covered include tips on filling out the TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services), forms, deadlines, how to apply for a scholarship and how the work study program works. The TADS presentation will be in both English and Spanish.

STARS Are Out Tonight

STARS Are Out Tonight is AHA’s beloved fall all-community celebration. Join us on Friday, September 26, from 5:00-7:00 PM for an evening of fun, laughter, and connection. This annual tradition is packed with excitement for all ages, featuring free inflatables, face painting, food for purchase, and so much more!

After the festivities, stick around to cheer on our STARS Football team when they host SMB beginning at 7:00 PM.

Fall Open House

Join us on October 23 for our Fall Open House, the largest admissions event of the year. This special evening offers an inside look at life as a STAR through two key experiences:

Academic & Activities Fair: Meet teachers, coaches, and activity leaders to explore our wide range of programs.
Walking Information Sessions: As you walk through the building, you’ll stop at four key destinations, each highlighting a different part of the AHA experience. These are not guided tours, but a chance to hear directly from AHA community members as you move through campus.

Open House is great opportunity for families to ask questions, meet members of our community, and imagine themselves as part of AHA.

Grade School Nights

Join us for Grade School Nights at AHA! This fall, we’re excited to welcome future STARS and their families to campus for a series of fun and spirited events. Grade school students and their family members will receive free admission to the games listed below.

Thursday, September 25 - STARS Volleyball vs. Visitation @ 7:00 PM (Stick around after the match for a meet-and-greet autograph session with the team).

Each event will feature raffles, giveaways, and halftime or intermission activities to keep the excitement going. It’s a great chance to experience the energy of AHA athletics and get a glimpse of our community.
