Visit AHA during a school day

The best way for a prospective student to experience AHA is to spend a school-day visit as our guest. We encourage every prospective student to schedule a day prior to making application. Most days work well, but we suggest one of our monthly "Future Star Days". Details about the Future Star Days are included on the Be a Star for a Day Info sheet below.    

During the day, the visitor benefits by seeing the AHA community in action.  Visitors are hosted by an AHA student ambassador who introduces them to their teachers and friends, answers their questions and accompanies them to classes and lunch.

Our goal is to make each school day visit unique and specialized depending upon the visitor’s interests. We work hard to connect all visitors to teachers, moderators and coaches in areas of interest to them.  

Each student visitor receives either an AHA backpack or t-shirt at the end of the school day. We ask that visitors bring lunch or money to purchase lunch in our newly remodeled cafeteria.
